To avoid this, it is recommended that the surface is installed in shady areas or covered with a UV-stable sealer.
SureSet can be laid over a variety of bases including MOT type 1 gravel, sand and MOT type 3 permeable paving. However, it is not suitable to lay over dirt as this can crack the paving and cause problems. It is also not recommended to lay it over timber or wood as these can absorb moisture and rot, causing damage to the resin.
